How to Create a Data Result
Step Description

Select the Working Data collection you wish to create new Data Result from.

Enter a Result Name.

Click OK.

Data Cube

Description:

The Data Cube action creates a Data Cube Result and saves it to the cloud.

How to Create a Data Cube Result
Step Description

Select the HyperCube you wish to create a new Data Cube Result from.

Enter a name for the HyperCube Result.

Click OK.

Tabular Report

How to Create a Tabular Report Result
Step Description

Select the Working Data collection you wish to create a Tabular Report from.

Enter a Report Name.

Enter a Report Title.

Enter a Report Description.

Add Report Columns :

  1. Select a Data Point from the Columns drop-down list
  2. Enter a name for the column header in the Header Text box or leave it as is for the default header (the column name).
  3. If the column's Data Type is numeric - Select a Number Format (optional).
  4. Select a Sort order for the column (optional) :
    • Default
    • Desc
    • Asc
  5. Check Include Total to display a colunm total (optional).
  6. Click Add Column to add the column to the report.

Add a Filter (optional) :

  1. Select a Data Point to filter.
  2. Select a Comparison Operator :
    • Less Than
    • Less Than or Equal
    • Equal
    • Greater Than or Equal
    • Greater Than
    • Not Equal
    • Is Null
    • Is Not Null
  3. Check Ignore Case to ignore the case of strings (optional).
  4. Enter a Value to the filter.
  5. Click OK to add the filter to the report.

Click OK.

Grouped Report

How to Create a Grouped Report Result
Step Description

Select the HyperCube you wish to create a Grouped Report from.

Enter a Report Title.

Enter a Report Name.

Select Groupings by selecting the HyperCube Group from the drop down list and clicking the green (+).

Add Report Columns :

  1. Select a Detail from the drop-down list
  2. Enter a name for the Header box or leave it as is for the default header.
  3. Select the Group.
  4. If the column's Data Type is numeric - Select a Number Format (optional).
  5. Click the green (+) to add the column to the report.

Pivot Table

Step Description

Select a Working Data collection you wish to create a KPI for.

Add KPIs :

  1. Select a Data Point to base the KPI on.
  2. Select a Result for the True scenario :
    • Pass
    • Fail
    • Warn
    • 0%
    • 25%
    • 50%
    • 75%
    • 100%
    • Up
    • Down
  3. Enter a Message that will display if the scenario is True.
  4. Select a Result for the False scenario (optional).
  5. Enter a Message that will display if the scenario is False (optional).
  6. Click the green (+) button to add the KPI to the action.
